How to change the status of a registration

Pending Registrations through Scheduling Requests

1. Go to the admin dashboard and scroll down to the Scheduling Requests section. Here you can click on “Pending” to access the list of other status’ for the registration.

Registrations Section

1. Log into the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Registrations” section by clicking “Registrations” in the left-hand menu.
3. Registration status’ can be updated in the Weekly Pending or All tabs in the Registration section. You can click on the status to change it.

Individual Opportunity Page

1. Go to the “Opportunities” section by clicking “Opportunities” in the left-hand menu.
2. In the Opportunities table, you can see a list of all volunteer opportunities, including details like project, role, date, status, slots, etc. Each column can be used to sort the data table.
3. Click the kebab menu (3 dots) in the row of the specific opportunity and click “View Opportunity”
4. Registration status’ can be updated in the Weekly Pending or All tabs in the Registration section. You can click on the status to change it.
