How to view profile information connected to individual profiles and through individual opportunities

Accessing Individual Volunteer Profile Information through Volunteers Section

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Volunteers” section by clicking “Volunteers” in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the volunteer profile you want to view by utilizing the search bar.
4. Once you’ve found the specific profile you can either click on the underlined name OR click the kebab menu at the end of the row and select “View Profile” to open the full profile.
5. Once on the individual volunteer profile screen, the default view is the “General” tab which displays the volunteer’s personal information, skills, interests, subscriptions, relationships, and emergency contact details.

Accessing Individual Volunteer Profile Information through Opportunities Section

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Opportunities” section by clicking “Opportunities” in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the individual opportunity you want to view by utilizing the search bar OR filtering OR sorting functionality.
4. Once you’ve found the specific opportunity click the kebab menu (3 dots) at the end of the row and select “View Opportunity” to open the individual opportunity screen.
5. The default view on an individual opportunity screen displays the “General” information for the volunteers that have a registration for that opportunity. To access the other volunteer information views you need to click on “General ⌄” and your desired view.
6. The other views include: Personal, Relationship, Emergency, Skills, Subscriptions, and Health.
