How to Download a .CSV of Waitlist Entries

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Waitlists” section by clicking “Waitlists” in the left-hand menu.
3. Utilize the search OR filter OR sort functionalities to find the specific waitlist you want to download the entries from. Click on the title of the specific waitlist.
4. On the Individual Waitlist screen find and click on the “Entries” tab.
5. Click the blue arrow and square icon to the left of the “General ⌄” button and save the CSV file to your desired location on your computer.
6. You will need to open the CSV file in a spreadsheet application to delete the unnecessary columns and entries that don’t have email addresses. (Keep columns D, E, and F)
7. Save the cleaned up CSV file and then upload it to your email client or marketing platform to send the message.
