How to update the help contact information

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Settings” section by clicking “Settings” in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on the “Support Contacts” tab.
4. Click on the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) on the far right side of the row for the contact you want to update.
5. Update the contact information, including the photo, name, phone number, and email address.
6. Click save to apply the changes.
7. The updated contact information will now be displayed in the floating help button.
