How to update the Status on a pre-existing Waitlist

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Waitlist” section by clicking “Waitlist” in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the Individual Waitlist you want to view by utilizing the search bar OR filtering OR column sort.
4. Click on the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) located on the far right side of the screen in the row for that waitlist, and select “Edit”.
5. On the “Edit Individual Waitlist” screen locate the “Waitlist Status” field on the right side of the screen.
6. Click the Status Menu and select one of the following status’:

• • Draft
  • Open
  • Private
  • Closed

Click “Save Waitlist” to update the status.
