How to connect pre-existing opportunities to a Waitlist

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Waitlist” section by clicking “Waitlist” in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the Individual Waitlist you want to add opportunities to by utilizing the search bar OR filtering OR column sort.
4. Once you’ve found the specific waitlist you want to connect projects to, you can click on the underlined name to open the corresponding Individual Waitlist page.
5. On the individual waitlist page, click on the “Projects” tab (furthest right option).
6. Click the “Add Project” card/button
7. In the modal that appears, select the project you want to add from the list of available projects.
8. Click the “Connect to waitlist” button to add the project to the waitlist and close the modal.
9. After connecting the project click on the “Opportunities” tab and you will see the opportunities that are already connected to the selected project.
10. Ensure any opportunities with a status of “open to waitlist” are connected to the project, so waitlist participants can view and sign up for those opportunities.
