How to delete a volunteer registration

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Opportunities” section by clicking “Opportunities” in the left-hand menu.
3. Find the opportunity you want to add a registration to and click on the kebab menu (3 dots) in that row and select “View opportunity”.
4. Locate the volunteer registration in the registration table you want to delete.
5. Click the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) next to the user’s registration and select “Delete registration”.
6. This will completely remove the user’s registration from the opportunity.

Alternatively, if you want to keep a record of the cancelled registration instead of deleting it:

1. Locate the user’s registration.
2. Change the status of the registration to “Cancelled” instead of deleting it.
3. This will maintain the record of the cancelled registration.
