How to view an individual profile and the registrations connected to it

1. Log into the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Volunteers” section by clicking “Volunteers” in the left-hand menu.
3. Use the sorting or search functionalities to find the specific volunteer profile you want to view.
4. Click on the volunteer’s name to open their individual profile.
5. In the individual volunteer profile, click on the “Schedule” tab to view their registrations.
6. Review the details of the volunteer’s registrations, including the status (pending or approved) and any other relevant information.
7. You can also view the volunteer’s general information, schedule, groups, documents, notes, roles and permissions in the other tabs of their profile.
8. If available, you can utilize the photo feature in the profile to help identify the volunteer.
