How to connect a project to a pre-existing waitlist

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Waitlist” section by clicking “Waitlist” in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the Individual Waitlist you want to view by utilizing the search bar OR filtering OR column sort.
4. Once you’ve found the specific waitlist you want to connect projects to, you can click on the underlined name to open the corresponding Individual Waitlist page.
5. On the individual waitlist page, click on the “Projects” tab (furthest right option).
6. Click the “Add Project” card/button
7. In the modal that appears, select the project you want to add from the list of available projects.
8. Click the “Connect to waitlist” button to add the project to the waitlist and close the modal.

To remove a project from a waitlist:

1. While on the individual waitlist page with the “Projects” tab open you will find a kebab menu (3 vertical dots) in the upper right hand corner of the project card.
2. Click the kebab menu and select “Remove” from the drop down menu.
3. In the Remove Project modal that appears, click the red “Remove” button to confirm the removal/disconnection of that specific project to the Individual Waitlist.
