How to view an individual Waitlist

1. Log in to the Kinection app as an admin.
2. Go to the “Waitlist” section by clicking “Waitlist” in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the Individual Waitlist you want to view by utilizing the search bar OR filtering OR column sort.
4. Once you’ve found the specific waitlist you can click on the underlined name to open the corresponding Individual Waitlist page.
5. Once on the individual waitlist screen, the default view is the “Details” tab which displays Waitlist Description (a general welcome message and brief overview of when MDS will reach out to people) and the contact information for the person managing the waitlist.
